Do you have a blacksheep in your family?

I hate when my family fights, and I do not pick sides or get involved if I can help it. One time my mom told me, not to talk to my aunt because of something she said or did etc. The whole thing sounded pretty silly and it didn't affect me in any way. My Mom and Aunt live far away and I only see them every few years. I told my Mom that I couldn't do that, as I hardly see my family as it is. They finally made up thank goodness, but I still went to see my aunt before that. Do you have someone in your family that no one talks to or sees? Either because they did something your family does not approve of or they just seperated from the family and are never around?

at different times in my life i think ive been the blacksheep of the family just because i didnt fit in to their expectations. This has been different for different sides of my family. My fathers side always have been close and forgiving of peoples mistakes....my mothers side have always been more the type that expect you to live up to their standards.

We have a "blacksheep" in our family and it is me. A lot of the family don't like me because my parents are half cousins by marriage only so they are not blood relations. But some of the family still won't talk to me or even stand near me at family parties. It's not very nice because I didn't ask to be born and I don't see why they would have a problem with it as they aren't blood relations.
