Does anyone think that winning the lottery would change your life, and in what way? I don't think it would change me because I'm not really much of a spender, I'm more of a saver. I would buy a house and a car but I would pretty much live the same life I always have. Let me know your thoughts.

I think it would change alot of things about my life, but not the person I am or how I shop. I would build a house that's big enough for my family, including my stepdaughters. Would definitely buy new vehicles for me and my husband. Would probably see about getting my parents and hubbys parents a new house. But the best thing about it would be the fact that we would be able to go after custody of my stepdaughters and for them to be raised in a better environment then they are in now.

Well, I hope that you are able to get custody of your stepdaughters someday soon. You never know what can happen in your life, but it's good to see that poeple want to use their money to help others. In your case, you would be helping your children, I don't really like the term "stepkids", have a better life.

I think anyone that won a really big amount of money by playing the lottery would have changes in their life after the fact. Even just the publicity alone! I don't necessarily think I would change my spending habits but it would be nice to pay off my student loans and some other small debts. Even for people who save all of what they win, it will change their life because they'll now have this extra money which will be comforting and they know that if anything ever happened and they needed money, they now have it.

Yes, it would be nice to know that if something comes up, you have the money to fix the problem. I know someone that won the lottery and they suddenly had "new" friends. "New" friends that wanted money, and not friendship.

It would change certain things about my life. I could have food in my house without having to go to a church or someplace else to get it. I could help out the few family members that have been there for me threw these last few years. I would be able to help more ministries and such and possible start up my own organization to help others. But my values would not change.

I've been there myself. I am lucky to get some help with food but I don't have an income right now. Using money for helping family and others in need is a great thing to do.

Hello, Yea winning the lottery would definitely change everyone's life of course. But it might only make some peoples lives even more difficult, since they would be burdened to help people who are in need, and then feel like they aren't doing enough to help. Make sure you have a good day, Happy Lotting!!

Winning the lottery won't just change my life, it would include people around me. It's like they won the lottery too haha! Same here too, not a big spender, I'd rather use the money to start a new business.

That is a smart idea. Invest your money for a business. Some people spend all their money, even though they're using it to help others, and they end up broke after a few years.

I know it would make a big difference in our lives, I would still have the same values and all , but I would be able to help more people out.. I would pay off all our bills and my mom and in laws, an then I Would want my husband to have his pick of farms, he has always wanted a big farm to hunt on.. and I would make sure he got what he wanted first, because he has been the one who is the bread winner in our home and he deserves alot.. So If we ever won My first goal would be to make him very happy, and then I would help the rest of our familys.. and I would give to my church.. :)

Yes, giving to my church would definitely come first. It would be nice to help our families and have a more comforting life.
