I've been using Google Web Alert which will scrawl the web for my name. It then will send me an email to alert me. Its pretty neat and sometimes a "shock and aw" because it finds sites with my name that has stuff I didn't even know about or forgot about. It's to be expected when you spend lots of time on the web. I could also delete stuff that I no longer want to use. Give it a try. Since I'm a internet marketer it good information for me to have.
