How much time is you with computer a day?

I am with the computer for a very long time, for most of the day even. I think that never less than 6 hours I spend around the computer. I know it isn't healthy, but computer and the internet have been part of my life for quite long now, easy to change habits, you know..

Did everyone decided to make the same question all of a sudden? I just answered someone else on the same topic. Anyway, I spend anything from between 14 to 16 hours a day in front of the computer.

Hey there! I spend about 8-10 hours in front of a computer or laptop. I'm a programmer so my job requires me to spend all my time staring at a computer monitor. I get up from time to time to rest my eyes and do some stretches. When I get home, I sit in front of my laptop and watch movies and TV shows.

For me it varies from 3 Hrs to 15 hrs.. when compared to before now i can sit in front of pc for long time ..

I think I spend an average of 15 - 17 hours a day on my computer. I have to work on it and I relax on it.

For me as an employer working in office, I think 8 working hours with computer in front is a must. After I get home, I take 2 to 4 hours surfing the net for news, emails and other. So average 10 hours a day working with computer is reasonable for most office worker. Just remember to take regular rests when you are keeping looking at computer screen.

I don't sit in front of computer all the time. I don't use computer during my working time . After i come home from work i'm busy with my baby . When he falls asleep at about half past 7 i've got some hours with my computer. I write some posts here and i read some news at other website. And also i would write some emails too . Well totally 2 or 3 hours a day .

I used to stay more then 15 hours in front of computer...
