Internet Explorer and Netscape Browsers

I use IE and Nescape browsers. I can't figure out Which one better for browsing the internet. On certain web surfing, i use IE and sometimes Netscape but both slows down when I open many program windows. I have to close down other programs to make surfing fast. Any idea?

None of the above. Why not try Firefox & Safari? These two browsers are superb. Ive tried them myself. IE really sucks. I tell you.
