15 years?? If you or I are one year delinquent, they come and take our homes. I agree that he belongs in prison, but our double standards protect politicians so they can do whatever they like. Unless they happen to call the President a liar to his face. ;)

It must be nice to have so much money you can forget about one million dollars worth of it. Prison? I wouldn't be holding my breath if I were you.

PRTSON - thats the only place for him. Let the county take his property to pay the back taxes. Wheres the IRS in this too - they would be knocking on our doors if we conveniently forgot a million bucks in income. Is there a different law for crooked politicians who don't pay their taxes. Maybe he thinks that the tax free million is his stimulus.

hi ParaTed2k how on earth could anyone accidentally forget
one million dollars in income? wow ,if I had had half'that'much I sure would not forget it, I would probably run up and down the'street yelling hurrah I am rich, well after I paid my income tax that is. I thought when I retired I was well to do with eleven thousand dollars and ten after the iRS took its chunk out. why on earth should'this man get any breaks, he broke the law in a huge way, send him to'prison where he belongs. If he couldnt afford his taxes he should have sold his fancy home. when we had our own home here in Ca we kept up on our taxes so why should a millionarie in NY be any different.?
