what is the problem with neobux.

i have on many occassions attempted to join neobux but it refuses! can any one show me how to do it.
i have request! i have sites paying people to watch videos and to click on ads. i need people to join under me especially the one paying to watch videos. so if you have a site that you would like me to join under you then i request you to go to my profile and join my sites. in reciprocation i will join the sites that you will have requested. we exchange with you. you join my sites and i join yours. deal?
if you aggree to this deal then join the sites in my blog and sent me a private message indicating the sites you have joined and your user name and i will also join your sites you shall have rerquested.

For joining neobux, there should be two different email Id required. One for normal and another for paypal. it means your paypal ID should be different. they send verification mail in both email ID and after filling both varification code , you can successfully join neo bux.

But for me I used same email for both and my registration neobux was accepted successfully.
