Do you think Gordon Ramsay is a good manager?

I've enjoyed Gordon Ramsay's most recent series in which he takes some other minor celebrity, cooks with him or her in front of a live audience and also shows a couple of other people, via video, cooking the same meals. As always his tongue is sharp and sometimes witty, but would you really like to work with him in a kitchen? What I've seen of him as a kitchen manager in other series seems to show that he's doesn't have much of a talent for managing staff. http://telewatcher.com/reality/does-gordon-ramsay-have-good-management-skills/

well I know I couldn't work for anyone who speaks to their staff like he does, ironically I saw him telling a restaurant owner off for speaking to his staff exactly the same way that he does, so I think he is a bit of a dill.

That's the problem when you create a culture of bullying; others will follow your lead!
