In my opinion, one can easily get a success.Don't set a too high aim.Or you will fail.To succeed is just need to insist. When you form a habit, success become easy.Actually, there mang things we can't finish it in my life and they even need several generations. So we just need little sucess and it is easy.Do you think so?

For me, success is difficult. The world today demands so much of your time and patience. You are right there also that one must not set too high standards otherwise you might only be frustrated; instead make it realistic goals. It would be wise to take steps staggeredly. In my country, success is a lot more difficult because there are some filipinos who get envious of one's success and tries to pull him down. This is what they call "crab mentality." It is very saddening because, in a company, people should work as a team and individual team mates should always be supported. I used to work in a company where there is a crab mentality. I never endured working in that kind of atmoshpere. I am glad that i was directed to a new employer where i learn new stuff and a good career path.

Hi, yuhongchao 1981, you have posted a good question. The feeling of successful helps to boost morale, which directly affect your life and work. Here are something for your reference. "Learning how to feel successful can and must be approached from totally different mindsets or paradigms. 1. REALIZE THAT YOU ARE NOT YOUR FEELINGS You are that which experiences your feelings. Don't associate with thoughts, physical things, feelings or possessions because they are all by nature temporary and you are destined to feel disappointment if you feel association with impermanent things. Another way to look at it: 2. FOLLOW YOUR PASSIONS What would you do if you knew you could not fail? Start doing this, even if you can only put in 10 minutes a day initially. The snowball accumulative effect will eventually let you follow your passion completely. 3. READ There is no problem that you can face that has not already been faced, trumped by someone else and put into writing. Read and understand that knowledge is power. 4. SUCCESS IS IN HELPING OTHERS It's like the saying goes, if you help enough other people achieve their dreams you can achieve yours. We live in a world that depends on cooperation and by doing this and not going for it totally selfishly you have a better chance of succeeding. 5. POSITIVE AFFIRMATIONS Spend 5 minutes each day being grateful for life and all that it has to offer you. Everyone has 5 minutes and 5 things that they can be grateful for. even if its just the experience of being alive or the air you are breathing. 6. SET AND ACHIEVE GOALS This well make your self confidence go through the roof. Set short term goals that are achievable and long term ones that push your boundaries a lot. You need a good system though because all the affirmations and reading is worthless if its not correctly put into action." Good luck and put them in practice. Happy mylotting.

Actually i kind of agree with you but i'm the kind of person who always aims too high because i feel that's the only way to make me happy. I'll never be happy with second place but since this is reality i'll always be unhappy because right now i'm in like the 6 billionth place in success.
