Almost never, except if it's an emergency like a sudden meeting in the morning. I try my best to always have my breakfast, even though they're only toast and a cup of milk. Skipping breakfast makes me lose concentration. Somehow, in extreme situation, it makes me dizzy, light headed or pass out. Breakfast is a must for me.

During my primary and secondary years I do miss breakfast a lot of times because I usually wake up late and I remember that I just make sure that I brought my breakfast so that I can just eat it during break time. During my college years, I'm a lazy kid, usually I wake up too late for breakfast. Now that I'm working (night shift), if I wake up late I had to miss eating before going to work. But most of the time, I eat before leaving.

i skip meals rarely, but as much as possible, i eat my breakfast at the table or grab something to eat along the way. I believe that going to work with an empty stomach will make my day dull and unenthusiastic and i try to avoid that. I make sure i have the enery to sustain my day and that i feel good when i leave the house. Having a good healthy breakfast can start a good day and when you start the day properly, it should end the same way.

Yes, i do it when i am already late and eating breakfast is not necessary if i already drink warm coffee. Then, I could go and eat only when break time for the office/schoolwork have already begin. I eat a full meal during lunch and less on the morning and evening.

Hi Arunmails, Ha ha when I read this title I was totally expecting to come here and hear that you skipped breakfast, when I read that you didn't I was cheering because I do exactly the same thing. If I ever skip breakfast, or wake up too late to have it, I get into a vile mood. I have had to skip it a few times in the past and I hated it. These days I make sure I always wake up enough to have it, and if not then I always eat it anyway even if dinner is just around the corner. Breakfast is probably my favourite meal of the day, cereals rock lol! All the best, Dranz

I am one of the world's worst offenders when it comes to skipping breakfast. There is just something about food in the morning that turns me off. It is not that I lack the time for breakfast, it is just that I don't like eating in the morning. I now try to have either an energy bar or a protein shake just to tide me over. Even though I understand the importance of a healthy breakfast, it is just something I do not do.

I used to skip breakfast quite often but since I've started working a full 8 hour shift and I'm chasing kids around nonetheless I've started eating something in the morning before I leave for work that way I've got something to keep me going until I get a chance to go on break for my lunch at 1. It's just a lot easier for me to do it that way. I have the chance to eat breakfast at work with the kids but we do not always have a lot of breakfast food for the kids so I'd rather eat at home and let the kids get their fill as they're growing and well I'm not.

Hi arunmails, Yes I do but now I am trying to change my habit and very rarely doing the same (If I get very late then I may skip). Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Breakfast provides the energy needed to start the day rightly. A healthy breakfast consists of milk, cereals, fruits etc. A healthy breakfast can reduce the possibility of chronic disease and can give a better health. If you have healthy breakfast then it can boost your energy, better control of your emotions and increases the concentration. It is good to know that you won't skip breafast. Stay healthy.

I dont eat breakfast. It's been that way ever since we moved to a new place which is farther from downtown unlike our old house. Before, and when I was growing, my Mom would really wake me up and force me out of bed so that I can eat my breakfast. She wont let me leave the house unless I have at least drank my milk or chocolate drink. Something like that. In our new house, it takes about 30 mins. of commuting so that I could get to school. If I do need to commute, Id rather use the time and run to catch a jeep sooner, rather than later, so that I wont be late for my early morning class. If my Dad takes me to school, it takes about 15 mins. but we still have to wait for Mom to be ready so its kinda like the same. Sometimes while waiting for Mom, and depending on what's on the table, I would take a very light breakfast. Usually, though it's either Im really running late so I skip my breakfast, or Im still asleep during the morning that it wont be necessary to have breakfast.

If I have to skip my usual breakfast, i carry a breakfast bar with me and eat it at the first break I can get. If I don't do that by noon I will be shaking so badly I may not be able to walk.

No i never had the habit of skipping breakfast when I was in school. However, when I graduated from college, I started working at home on my own time schedule and guess what? That's when i started skipping meals. I am a homebuddy and I have my work at home too but I get to sleep very very late (or should I say early in the morning already) that I wake up around 11-12 noon. I normally end up having lunch as my first meal instead. It's kind of weird because this never happened when I was frequently away from home and now that I am at home most of the time, it's then that I started missing breakfast.

I skip breakfast every now and then. I mostly don't eat much in the morning and breakfast is the most important meal of the day. I find it hard to eat much in the morning. I'm no morning person rather a zombie. It is easier to eat somehing when I arrive at school or work. During the holidays I seldom eat breakffast. I always sleep till the afternoon =p during working days I don't skip but postpone breakfast. Its kind of a brunch=d Take care

I never skipped breakfast but I was known for grabbing a piece of fruit like an apple or a banana or maybe a sandwich and ate on the go.

Not really. If I am late, I'll eat something on the way. If I have a minute, a sip of coffee is enough (though I don't have to enjoy the taste) I usually have small container in my handbag that I fill with food. So I can munch them later on. It's not good to miss breakfast. You body already fast during the night. Breakfast will give energy to us.
