I found this today on Soap Central. I finally got used to her as not Carly and she is going to leave! Figures.
What kind of exit do you think she will have? Violent, I would surmise!

Three-time Emmy winner Sarah Brown will exit General Hospital in the upcoming weeks. The exit has been confirmed by both the actress and a show spokesperson. Brown rejoined GH as Claudia Zacchara in January 2008, after a five-year run as Carly.
Sarah Brown (Claudia Zacchara) will exit General Hospital this fall, soapcentral.com has learned. The news comes as the actress hinted that her time on the ABC soap would soon be coming to end.
On her official Twitter page, Brown tweeted the following message, "All the news that is fit to print. Claudia Zacchara has been a wild ride, every ride stops when the music ends. The Music stops mid-[October]."

I like Sarah Brown as an actress, but I have not liked the development of Claudia at all. She came onto General hospital as a strong female to match up against Sonny, or at least that's what I thought. Somewhere along the lines though she turned into a mushy whiny scared character that to be honest, I just can't handle listening to. I too see her end to be a violent one, but hey maybe they'll bring her back in a few years as someone else.

Oh man! I love Sarah Brown. And she actually made Claudia a character I cared about, if not actually a character I approved of. I am so disappointed. I'm kind of ticked. They botch Natalia Livingston's return, they let Liz and Nik hook up, they give Sonny yet ANOTHER kid...I really hope Sarah Brown finds success elsewhere. I know she played Julia on As the World Turns for a while. I'd like to see her end up on another soap. Or maybe a primetime soap...

Good. I never did like that they brought a previous Carly back as someone else. That was just stupid. THe thing about Michael will probably be what makes the house fall, and she will either get shot or go back to Italy to that uncle that raised her or Anthony will have something to do with her demise. Who cares. I sure dont. I never liked the character anyway.. it was just to pushed on us as a story. Didn't ever make much sense and always had that lingering, hanging, weird, off-thing going on about her. The character never seemd to fit in right.
But when she goes... here we go AGAIN... Sonny and Carly - now that Michel tells Jax about what he said to him, and all that comes to blows... Carly will leave Jax cause he lied to her and then if they allow her to have the baby.. there will be a custody fight and ho-hom... not again.. Carly goes back to Sonny. OR maybe, Sonny goes twith Oliva for awhile, but eventually - will go back to Carly.
