sending payment proofs

Hi friends can you please tell me how to keep the payment proofs.I am getting a mail everytime I am being paid but i don't know how to take a screenshot of it and upload it.Please tall me how to take that screenshot of my mail proving the payment proof

Yes you can use the "PrintScreen" button on your keyboard as it will copy your current page and then paste it on "Paint". From the "Paint" program, you have the option to leave only the page where it shows the payment proof and take away the other part of the page such as the browser and other tabs. You then save it as a JPEG file and upload it where ever you want.
