When was the last time you got bitten by ants?

i started this discussions cause i was washing my hands, while i was lathering my hands with hand soap, i suddenly felt such a pain on the back on my hand. but i was thinking i just used liquid soap i didn't use any harmful liquid chemicals on and wonder as how come i feel this burning pain at the back of my hand. as i look at the area where the pain was, i saw a little red ant . i immediately killed and wipe away it off my hands. it is so almost i could hardly see it. i hate red ants as they hurt when they bit unlike the black ants which don't bite.

with ants I can still remember one incident. it was a time when red ants were in our house all over. On one evening I thought of taking bath. I took it and when I came out of bathroom, I felt some itch between my legs. I thought that it might be because I have just took bath. I didn't care a lot towards it.
but the itching was getting converted into pain very soon. I was amazed that wht is happening there. I immediately went back to bathroom to remove my underwear and was really really amazed that it was full of ants. I had to take bath another time and was amazed that how come that many ants came in my underwear! Later on I came to know that oen of my niece used suger water on my underwear!

oh my i experienced something similar to that. i wore my pants and began to start to itch and when i inspected it my pants were full of pants.

Oh how I HATE them fire ants!! ARG!! When hubby was in the Army and we were in Texas, we lived there for 10 LONG years! I say that because of the fire ants and the lack of trees there. The fire ants were in abundance in that state and we were constantly having to kill them with Eliminator from Walmart. The stuff is so expensive but it was either buy that to kill the fire ants or suffer and not use our yard. Well, we choose the buy it so we could use our yard. I wish our government would get their heads out of their rear ends and do something about them instead of waiting till they become an epidemic before doing something about it.

good thing that you have product like Eliminator in your place to eliminate those fire ants. as i have not seen any product we can buy here on local shop that can be used to eliminate these ants, there are so many in plants i will can kill them with some products cause it is killing my plant with those lots of ants in the soil.

Hello Hotsummer,
Lately I just found out that my laptop table is so different. And I always see ants on the table. I believe the ants get to come here because of the snacks on the table. I just could not resist snack and I eat my snacks while I am surfing net!
Last week there was an ant bite me. It bite my hand. I think it is time I need to clean my table and stop eating snacks in front of my lap top.
