Paypal Verification Help Needed!!

My Paypal account is limited and I want to get verified to resolve this problem. I have an HDFC International Debit Card which is Visa powered. I am trying to get verified by using my Debit card, but when I try to link my Debit card at Paypal by filling up all the fields and then clicking on "Add Card" button, I always get an error message which says "Your account is limited. Please check your Account Overview page for messages about resolving this problem."
Can anybody tell me what can I do about this problem??

Hi Abhishek, I guess you can give it a try by using a credit card if you have. I guess it is not accepting the debit card, or try adding your bank account details first and they try to use the debit card for verifying. Not sure if this will help or not, but you can give it a try. Else for sure you can get this verified using a credit card.

I don't have a credit card, and i tried getting it verified using a bank account, but its still the same problem, I am getting an error report. Should i try using a virtual card number, my bank have the facility of generating a virtual card no. Do you have any idea about that??

Welll I don't have any details to use the virtual card,
but yes, I have heard of this card and also if you search the discussion here, you will get more information on this. I read in one discussion only about this virtual card, and you will be able to get your paypal verified with the same.

Hi there!
I think you can only get verified at Paypal by using credit card. If you are alreay a verified member that is when you can add your HDFC and have it linked with Paypal.
