how kakashi get a sharingan eye?

hatake kakashi is not from uchiha clan right, so why he have a sharingan eye?

I know Mangekyo Sharingan make Kakashi spent a lot of chakra..
But why when Sasuke or Itachi use it (with black flame technic) they eyes get bleeding?
When to much use it, is can make blind????
because I heard Itachi said that to sasuke, that he must transplant sasuke eyes to his eyes..

What you said was partly true. Sasuke recieved itachis sharingan as a gift when (MAJOR SPOILER ALERT! DONT READ AHEAD IF YOU DONT WANT TO KNOW!) sasuke beat itachi, itachi admits hes going blind so he transplants his eyes into sasuke's I'm guessing his eyes bleed since itachi made a mistake transplanting them or because sasuke now has 2 pairs of sharingans and they can not coexist together.

yes, he got the eyes from tobi. it is in the anime, and in the manga. rin transplanted obito's sharingan to kakashi that makes as a gift from obito for kakashi's promotion.

Ahh a very good question. Kakashi got his sharingan from his some what his best friend obito (hes an uchiha with an undeveloped sharingan). They share a similar relation to naruto and sasuke when they were friends. Where kakashi was the skilled ninja nad obito the clumsy one who goofed up. During a mission to infiltrate a neighboring country with the 4th hokage obito got hurt trying to rescue rin when she was kidnapped by the enemy country. His whole left side was crushed so he asked rin to use her medical jutsu to implat obito's right eye on kakashi's. And that is how kakashi got his sharingan.
