How can I reduce my tummy?

Dear friends, please help me. I want to reduce my tummy. What should I do. I don't like to wake up in the morning and do exercise. Do you have any other suggestions..........Please give some suggestions immediately.

Crunches, crunches and more crunches. U have to do push-ups and crunches for a few days. You have to avoid eating fat and more carbohydrates for a few days. Eat meals on regular times. Three meals a day only. Do not eat anything in between just juice. Abdominal crunches will burn your fat in the tummy region and slowly your abdominal muscles begin to develop. Just do crunches for fifteen minutes every day till your tummy hurts. It might hurt after 10 crunches on the first day. Don't exert yourself after that. Then day by day, your crunches will start increasing. Just stop when it hurts your stomach. Gradually when your abdominal muscles develop, u need more protein then to increase your muscle mass. Once your tummy tucks in, continue with crunches and consume red meat, milk and egg white. Soon you will have some abs. Happy exercising. Happy mylotting

Hey, I actually think that you should sort of cut down on what you eat near the end of the day. You should have a HUGE breakfast, then a medium sized lunch, and for dinner you shouldn't have that much food, just a few fruits. Trust me, this will work. Also, exercise in low intensity, for a long period of time. Make sure you have a good day, Happy Lotting!!
