Any one got pay from Google Adsense?

Google Adsense is just like having your own blog or website and you sign up for the google adsense and google will put advertisement on your blog or website, so when people when in your blog or website and they just happen to click the ads, (Ads by Google) google will pay you. But nowsaday google is very... very strict, they just apporved your Blog and after about 1 to 2 week later when u have earn some money, they will just suspend your account, and they can give you all sort of excusses to suspend you. So did anyone been suspended or been pay?
