How do you access your myLot responses and comments?

Dear my friends,
Last time, I hardly check my email that linked to myLot.
That is why I am so 'blur' when they said about 'daily digest'
What I did previously was go to 'Topic started' and scan through
all responses and at the same time rate positive. But since
reading via - email, at times we did not go to the discussion
page and can't do the rating! So, those good responses, I will
go to discussion topic to rate it positive, they deserve it!
How about you? Thanks for responding :)

Well when i have to access my mylot discussions and responses i usually just come down to todays top discussions, no responses or friends started and respond to these discussions.I rarely open up my mail box and read my messages because its nothing that important to go and read the topics from there they are just alerts given.

Dear Archie,
When I just join myLot, I did that too. Later I go through
via e-mail alert. Now, I am using both ways. Trying to figure
out which is the better method for me. I need a practical way
which allows me to response and comments all without missing
out any. Thanks for sharing, truly appreciate it very much.
Have a great weekend

Hi Iriene, hope all is well with you. If I receive a comment I'd like to respond to I open it from email but that takes me straight into the discussion. If it's an eamail alert a friend has opened a topic I read it and if interested delete it and open it from friends started on my home page as don't like answering in that empty box and then seeing afterwards the exact same answer as someone else. As for extra responses I open discussions started and try to work from the last name on the discussion. I also go through unresolved before I BR to make sure nothing was missed. I'm sure there's a better way though.

Dear Thea,
I like your method! It is very practical
I agree with you, answering in that empty box and then
seeing the exact same answer as someone else later, can
be misunderstood by others that we copied / repeated
answers which won't add value to the topic under
discussion.
Thanks for sharing, truly appreciate it :)

I do get the daily Digest and go through it each morning. I have all my friends, on my list of friends, turned "on" so I know when anyone starts a discussion. I do rate the good responses with a plus. Only once did I rate someone with a minus and that was because the response was mean and nasty. It was a discussion I started and the person read it wrong and eventually apologized. Real often I forget to go back and give the best response on a discussion. Bad habit on my part..lol

Dear Carolbee,
It is so sweet of you to go through all that in the morning!
Great job, keep it up
That way, you will never miss any topics started by your friends.
It is aboslutely a good habit to do rating and it will support and
encourage fellow myLotters here.
Oh yes, Best Response will definitely put a smile on someone's
face as an appreciation for the effort put in fot the one who
deserve the most.
Thanks for sharing and have a wonderful weekend with family

I am surprised. I do my responses from email notifications and the mylot digest. I find it more easier instead of logging in to mylot directly and respond from there. By doing such, I would be responding to friends' discussions. Perhaps most friends does the same as you, that makes it possible for friends to "bypass" friends' discussions which is also another frequent complaint in mylot - about friends not responding to friend's discussions. Thank you for making me see this point - not all people check mylot email. lol.

Dear whyaskq,
That's the dilemma I am facing right now
I am so used to the 1st method which is go directly via
myLot webpage for 2 and 1/2 months. Only lately about 2
weeks ago, in actual fact it is more practical to link
via the e-mail in order to maximise our myLot activities
as all the notifications and alerts are there. The only
setback that I am facing right now is that at times the
alerts are delayed nearly 6 hours...
I begin to read my email alerts when I come across a topic
about daily digest!! I was wondering what are they discussing
about...imagine how blur I am

Hi, Iriene! I have a few email addresses and normally, I will always check all of them the first thing before I browse any other sites. Thus, I used to read all the responses and new comments via email, but I will only respond back once I sign into myLot.

Dear corrycrystal,
That's mean you will have an overview first
when you are at your mail. You will come back
later to your myLot homepage to do the responses
and comments. This way, it is useful too...
Sort of like 'preview'..
, it is
quite interesting and practical too!

I did it by going to my email. From there I response to the discussion. But sometimes there too many discussions and I am busy I just delete without reading. As for rating, I read through the responses and discussions then I rate it.

Dear James,
Oh yes, sometimes the activities at myLot are at peak!
We can have a long list of myLot notifications there
at our eMail
..
It is great that you do take time to rate those responses
and comments. Good practice, keep it up
We can also access to our responses, comments and discussion
started by our friends via our myLot homepage..
Cheers!

Well I do not like to see Mylot digests or notification in my email inbox. So, I respond to any discussion only after I log in to Mylot. I generally first reply to all my discussions and then I will respond to all my friends discussions and rate them as well. After this if time permits then I will respond to others discussions..

Dear madhuvamsi,
You are very systematic in your approach.
Great job, keep it up
I will go to my inbox and go through one by one.
It is quite tedious at times...lol
However, I do log into myLot main page to check the
topic that I started and comment on the responses
received.
Thanks for sharing, have a great weekend!

Hello Iriene,
I rate when i am about to respond to each response. Sometimes, i even rate even if i am not making comments just for the sake of appreciating their response. I hardly read emails sent by mylot so i just visit my started discussions and browse through it. I also visit the responded area and friends started *where i found your discussion*.

It is good that you found a method that suits you most
and that allows you to maximise your activities at myLot.
Keep it up and it is definitely a good practice to always
rate a response or comments that appropriate to the topic.
It is really interesting to read our friends responses and
