Is fat nice?

Do you guys out there feel that fat people are ugly? I know some people who have a hereditary trait of being obese. Some others have become fat by taking large doses of medication to treat maladies which have gone but have left them artheritic and fat, so that they cannot even exercise to reduce weight. My assessment is beauty is skin deep and one is beautiful if the person is gentle, kind, loving and generally adorable from within. The point I am trying to make here is that there is no reason for an overweight person to have a complex, specially ladies, who feel they have lost their attractiveness because they have gained weight. Of course gaining weight unnecessarily, when you can do something about it is not at all good for a person, it is not the be all and end all of life. What do you guys feel?

hello, i gotta tell you, a lot of people feel good-looking when ever they see fat people, and you know, we should thank those who are fat and obese. because with out them, we would never know the difference of being pretty and ugly. i feel pity for a you-tube user who is fat and continiously being called fat i his comments, emails and text messages, until he got mad at his trolls and made a video of his frustration

sometimes it angers me whenever people say that a person is fat even if they aren't really. and it's really frustrating when they imply (even if not intended) that thin is more beautiful.

As I stated in another post yesterday..The appearance does not define the individual! Rather, the individual defines the appearance.. Nice people are nice people..Not nice people are not nice.. Simplistic perhaps (I do that a lot, get simplistic) but too real. ENJOY!

although we do have ideals when it comes to beauty, what's more important is to be happy with the bodies that we are in. as what you have already said, and from what i have read, some people have more "fat genes" than others or they have health problems which makes it more difficult for them to lose weight and which makes them bigger than the "skinny" people. yes, beauty is indeed skin deep and i hate it when people think that when they've gain weight even just a bit, they already think that they are starting to become ugly. it is an ugly concept most especially since we are always exposed to what the media implies what beauty is supposed to be when what they tell us is purely based on their own thinking. beauty is subjective, other people may tell you what is or what is not but we should hold our own. what's also important is that you stay healthy no matter how much you weigh. i know some people who are more on the heavy side but they are healthier than their skinny counterparts and their body mass indexes are still normal. obesity, on the other hand, is an entirely different concept. obesity is not a sickness altogether but an effect. and no. i don't think that being fat is ugly. :)
