sleep reduced or not if you had tea

Well I feel it is Psychological feeling of person, tea never kept me awake and I never use to drink this tea during my exams time. During winter to keep the body warm I do drink it. But in summer, I like to run away from tea. Whatever, what I feel is that people have psychological feeling that tea will reduce sleep and alert their brain. What exactly happens that while drinking tea one will come out of the sleep mode and this happens because on will atleast go to either order tea or make it.. So, in this way one will come out of sleeping mode..

I too think it may be due to psychological feeling that we drink tea to be awake. But in really i could never stop my sleep during exams by drinking tea. Ya i agree it is a refreasher that can help you come out from a very hectic days work. Anyway its good to drink it once as it is proved by researchers.What do you say???

Tea is good for health (of course Raw-Tea)! Its effect and central roll is to stimulate our nerve system for activity. For this, tea is taken as a light stimulant! This stimulation makes our brain alert by reducing stress and laziness to some extent, so far I have experienced! Thanks and take tea for a smart action!
