Just today I joined these two sites

Are any mylot members who have joined either both or one of the sites given above?
If so what are ur experience with them
Have u been paid from them

I'm a member of both sites as well as a few others. I actually purchased shares in these 2 to start building my "feeder" money. Since you just joined, I think you would be MOST interested in checking out the Online Income Club. It supports both programs and will help you work your way up to more substantial earning programs.
