When you dream do you think it paints a picture of how you really feel inside or is it just a dream. I feel much better after ive had a night of good dreams. I think maybe dreaming is a form of stress relief or energy release. What do you think? Maybe if we looked at our dreams closer they would give us encouragement to over come stressors in our life. Whats your thinking on this?

Yes I do agree that dreams are how we feel inside but here is a more indept look at our dreams. Since our dreams are made up of our hopes, fears and desires our subconscious mind takes over and brings them forward. Dreams are not played out in our conscious state of mind as we saw them in our dream. Our dreams sends us messages... you just need to really pay close attention to the dreams that you clearly remember. Those are the dreams that have messages in them for the conscious state of mind.

i think dreams are just random images that are formed in your brain as it reorganizes it's thoughts and memories. we know that birds and other mammals such as dogs dream and i'm sure they aren't affected with the same hierarchy of consciousnesses that freud dreamed of.
