Is anyone else trying to get a job and failing badly?

I've been trying to get a job for months now and all i want is an easy job that I can do while going to school. I can't find work anywhere and I've tried all the job sites and places. Thankfully I think people will be hiring for the holidays soon so I'm applying like crazy and at the places I can. This is such a pain. I get my hopes up then never hear from them again.
Is anyone else going through this?
What are some of the problems you are having?
Wheres some good job places to look?

Hi. I do feel for you. I don't know where you live, but I live in the US, in the state of Michigan. Ours has the highest level of unemployment of all the states in the country, so this is a common problem here.
Some people have had to relocate, just to find work.
