Do you know that the Piano was invented by Bartolomeo Christofori? The first name of the instrument is Gravi cembalo y piano forte. (harpsichord with soft and loud).

Hi duplum, It´s very interesting to know who invented the Piano. I like listening to the Piano very much. There are so many Piano works out there one of my favourites is "Greensleeves" from the Pastoral Symphony and many others. I love the Spinette too next to the piano this is an instrument I know is ages old but never tire of hearing it when I can.
