Search For Missing Website (Downline)

I came across a website that was like a downline tree. In fact I think the name was something similar. But now I cant find it again. The site was set up either like or in a message forum. A person would post a website that they belonged to and someone else interested in the same site would post next after singing up under that person. And on went the list giving everyone at least one person signing up under their link. The site seemed fairly big and had lots of sites. I left to research a few sites before signing up and now can't find my way back. Does this sound familiar to anyone? Or maybe you know of a website that works something like this?
