Kanye West will get a chance to either redeem himself or provoke ridicule again in the public next month. Entertainment Weekly reports the big- mouthed rapper has been nominated for nine BET Hip hop awards. The nominations came just days after west ruined Taylor Swift's big moment at MTV's "Video Music Awards".
West led all BET nominees this year with nine nods, including Best Live Performer, Lyricist of the Year, CD, of the year, MVP of the year and People's Champ.
But there's no guarantee West - whose antics even had the President calling him a jackass- will show up to the ceremony on Oct. 10 in Atlanta.
Though he's apologized more than once, West may not be ready to subject himself to all the scrutiny- or scorn.
- What's with. I mean upon hearing what happened when he had to grab the mike from taylor swift as she was about to do speech really shocked me. Was he jealous or something? Why'd he have to do that?

Let's not get too carried away. Who knows, he probably did it to get this much attention. Now, most people, if not everybody, is talking about him. As they say in show business, good or bad publicity is still publicity.

He shouldn't have done, it was unethical as a host. No wonder the President told that specifically, because it's the truth, he's not the judge why would he say even that, it's an insult to taylor alright. can they just banned him for good just in case he did this twice already i don't think he'll ever learn

Because, like the president said, "He's a jackass"!! I never in my life saw anything so low done at an awards ceremony. He has the brain of a flea. I also think that he should be suspended from this years BET's and than maybe next time he'll think before opening his mouth. Regardless of what your opinion might be about another performer, there are somethings that just arn't said or done, espeially on live tv. Save your comments for the hood...

I felt super sorry for her. You can see that she is a really nice person. She didn't even get mad. She was just in shock. Imagine- after her hard work and that was her big moment. Poor girl.

...Hi there resssaaa, this man needs to have a good friend sit him down and tell him to cool it. He is not the greatest thing since sliced bread and he needs to know that. Enough already, put your energy into your songs and stop showing off, so embarrassing he was. Take care.
