In service examination is how we call a national exam of the Philippine Boards of OBGYN for the resident physicians in training.It is our requirement to be able to be promoted to the next year level of our training (i.e. first year become 2nd year,, 2nd year becomes a 3rd year,3rd yr becomes 4th year, fourth year becomes graduate).Today at 7 am, I will be taking this exam.I have been reading so much for a month.It is really very difficult especially the pathology part where I will be asked to tell them what disease is depicted on the photomicrographs.Good luck to all the residents who will take the exams today in U.S.T.
