How do you network your sites and get referals?

I've been trying my hardest to get more referals for this and a few other sites but I just havent been having much luck. How do you guys do it? Do you have blogs you use or do you just get your friends involved? Do you meet people on fourms? Whats some of the best ways to do this? Anyways thanks for the help and if you want to be a referal for another site of mine just add me as friends, shoot me a message, or check out my profile link. I would like to try more money making sites so maybe trade referals?

I use Vinefire and ListJoe to get referrals, as well as Twitter and Facebook. I only promote two sites that was, and I have gotten 13 referrals to one and 5 to the other, all but one are active enough to make me money. I also put good sites on my blog, which I believe helps as well. The link for my blog is in my profile.

The "easiest" way to get referrals is pay for it. It is not hard to get referrals but very hard to get active referrals.
Anyway, you can also promote through blog, forum or social networking.
