which are you more often?

I seem to always be cold! i'm sitting in my pjs with sweat pants and a jacket over top. this is how i usually am even through out the day as long as i'm not going outside i'll be in sweats over my regular clothes. I don't know why i'm always so cold. it's kind of annoying. sometimes i will go to a store and i'll be FREEZING! i mean to the point i wanna start shivering lol so i always try to bring a jacket with me everywhere i go even if its really hot outside i can get so cold the moment i step inside somewhere thats cold. it's weird. i can be outside getting hot and walk inside and be like i'm freezing! almost like hot flashes were you go from hot to cold almost instant.
which one are you? hot or cold?

i know what you mean. makes you wonder if you have enough blood, huh?
my son and i both are that way thank goodness as we are here in the hottest time/place in AZ. we keep the thermostat up to 79 or 80, most days and others here think we are bonkers. when his gf was living here we had problems with the ac all the time. shes rather heavy set and was always hot.

I am hot most of the time now, but for most of my life I was cold. Your body changes as you age and there never seems to be a time when you body temp is just right. You too will get hot flashes and want to run outside without any clothing just so that you can cool off. Funny picture that is.

I tend to run hot, even in the winter. It's 61 degrees here right now and all my windows are open, I love it! Nice breeze going through the house.
I don't like to be cold but I can tolerate it better than being hot, which is nearly unbearable to me.

hi sameroad I am too hot too too hot, its ninety in here And the'air conditioning finally popped on. sunny southern california tail end of September and october will also probably be hot, too much too dry and we willhave a terrible fire season with idiots out to see if things willmake a pretty fire.darn idiots they dont even care that they hurt people and destroy homes and ruins ou r forests.wish they wou ld catch them all and send them to prison for life.

I'm hot hot hot!! *cough* Ahem, yeah, but I tend to get warm really quickly, even in winter when it's freezing out. I think it's because I sweat so easily and therefore even in winter, if I have a coat on and am walking someplace fairly briskly, I warm up in like a couple of minutes...and even feel like taking my coat off!! (which, I may add, is SUCH a bad idea)
