Have you found a true friend here on mylot?

I did try and have not found someone truly in the sense of a true friend. But yes, I have made friends by request. Its getting me nowhere and when I try to communicate with them, it hardly elicits a response. So, what exactly does one do with the friends here?

well me 2 did not get any true frinds here ...
well its very dificut to get a true frnd ...and in this site there is nt much options to communicate with friends easily ..may be thatz why her we don pay much atention to friends ...

sanicutie, its quite frustrating when we see a lot of friends on our panel but noone to really call a friend because everyone here has just one motive; make money. I'm sure with time, we'll be able to get some true friends, and for beginners, I'm extending my friendship to you. Hope we can set an example for others to follow. Thanks for the post.

i have no find any true friend on my lot yet..but i think..i don't want to need anyone..because i have more friend's and some of them are my good friend's...

I have three people on here who I consider friends. One of them I met here on MyLot! He is such a sweet special person : ) I feel so lucky to have come across him here on MyLot. We did add each other on Facebook and we talk on there aswell. The other two friends I have on here don't even answer my topics. We speak on other websites such as Facebook and LiveJournal.

Hi, Suchi! Well, it is not easy to build a connection online with someone we barely meet in persons. I did add a few friends here, but we seldom chat or participate in other discussions except recently I am beginning to see who I can connect to. I guess when you are following what your friends are doing, you will know them better from their discussions. It may takes some time, but after a few interactions, I think you can easily tell who can accept you and vice versa, which can lead to friendship.

Hello suchi,In the real essence of true friend...i haven't found anyone whom i can count as one here in mylot.But with other social site like ORKUT..i did...i meet few friends thru Orkut sites and we really build a good friendship...it's running for 2 years now and keeps going stronger...

Hi suchi60, well if you are referring to a friend whom you could tell your secrets to, unfortunately, I haven't found someone yet. I mean it's different here compare to meeting someone in person. It's harder to trust someone with your personal infos or details of your life if you have never even met. Although the possibility is still not that low. I believe it takes time.
But if you are referring to a friend whom you could joke around with, exchange ideas and beliefs without having a fight, or just have a good laugh at some discussions...well yes, I have. I know I've only been here for a while but I've found some friends here that I do get along with. I guess that's the reason why I got so addicted to mylot in the first place.
I'm sure someday you'll find what you are looking, it'll happen when it happens. =)
