is algeria on the OFAC LIST?

hello this is my first day i read about the OFAC List and that people from countries on than list won't get paid 1-how do i know whether my country is on that list or not i've posted 2 discussions but my account still shows 0.00 plz help me know cuz there is no need to be here if i'm not gonna get paid at the end i really like this forum but i also need money to pay the internet bill.... thanks for your help waiting...

First of all, what your earnings shows has no bearing on whether MyLot is able to pay you or not. Earnings are updated, usually, 24 hours in arrears (it can be longer at weekends), so your earnings for a particular day won't show up for at least 24 hours. MyLot would, of course, like to pay you what you have earned but that is not always possible, depending on where you live and whether your country is one of those for which PayPal is able to accept an account. Sorry, you will either have to copy and paste that link or go to the FAQs under Earnings and Payments, where you will find the link. I notice that Algeria is not mentioned in the list.

i don't want "mylot" to deliver the money to algeria all i want to do is to be able to buy "call credit" from skype ,a premium upgrade or something like that online is it possible?? because i have a paypal account but have not tried it until now

I guess that if PayPal allowed you to set up an account, then you can receive money into it. The problem that you may come up against is getting your PayPal account verified. Many companies won't accept a payment from a PayPal account unless it is verified. I don't know about Skype but I suggest that you study the Terms and Conditions carefully.
