hi friends what do you think about this.. in your opinion which option do you prefer business man or an employee. as far as i am consider i prefer business because as a business man we need not depend on any one other than a customer we can stand on our own decisions and we need not summon to the orders of any one, now a days risk factors and equally considered in both business and jobs as there is no surety for our jobs, and a business man fells more responsible as he will always wish to improve his business where as a employee always need not reside on this factor and may neglect the work hence i feel a good administrator can be more successful as a business man than a employee hence i fell business would be a correct option as it would mould us to work according to our mindset....expecting your suggestions regarding this issue..

My husband has worked for himself for most of his adult life and he definitely prefers being his own boss. Last year we opened a business together and I do like being in business for myself better than working for someone else. I like to be able to implement my ideas and make decisions when it comes to our company and the direction it takes.

Hello friends.. It will be a rational decision for somebody to have a stable job over a business endeavour. A job offers the stability and security of financial support throughout the times. You will only be investing your time, skills, and labor to get compensated. In having a business, you will be gambling your money on your investment. The good thing about it is you will have your own time to manage. If i have a job and an opportunity to open a business, then I will do both if time permits. Most working professionals have their own business as a means of financial alternative. Somebody will only be there to manage the business for them but after office hours or during vacant time, they will be the one to oversee the business.

I'm not an ambitious person, so I don't think of being business woman. I'm having a job that I love, I get well paid for it, and after working time, I can quit the office, going home and stay quiet. If I jump to a higher position, I can earn more, but it's for nothing, cause I won't have time to spend all the money that I get. In my working environment, I've learned and argument : the better you are, the sooner you'll be out. I've stayed in this place for 3 years, but I've worked with 5 bosses, 4 of them were my officemates. They fought and detroned each other, and now, 4 of them return to zero. It's not the way that I want to walk on.

I would like to be a businesswoman, although right now I'm a full-time employee. I would like to have my own time and not have to ask my boss for permission when I want to go on vacation. I also hate it when I have to wake up early in the morning just to go to work on time.

I prefer putting up my own business than having to work for other people. I really don't like the idea of having to serve a boss and dealing with officemates. lol I am really an anti-social so I would rather work for myself than having to prove myself to other people just to survive my workplace. I also want to manage my own time and I want something to give to my children in the future.

Hi there ravich, I prefer to be a businesswoman than an employee. Be your own boss, no limit for earnings and you can apply any ideas you have. Unlike when you are an employee, your salary is always the same, no increase, sometimes you got salary cut off and a chance to get redundant. Happy myLoting.

Yes, I agree with you. But it always depends on a lot criterias other than 'depend on anyobdy' or not. As you wrote, I know a woman who is an accountant and she is richer than someone who is businessman. So, 'job' title can't be regarded as measurement of rich or not. =)
