I just want someone to tell me the truth

Everyone is always talking about the next great opportunity, the next great ptc site, etc. Affiliate marketing sites are clogging the internet. They all promise big earnings. Some are free, some want a fee, some want a huge investments. I seriously doubt that having to pay for the opportunity makes it any more legit, maybe even less so. I make a fair amount with various online endeavors, but still only a very part time income. Somewhere, somene must have an online program that will actually work, assuming the work is put into it. I know there are no legit get rich quick sites, one can only make money by working at it. What I want is this: I want to hear from just one person out there who is making a minimum of $1000 per month from their online business, and I am talking just one business, not a collection of sites. I want to know honestly how long it took to reeach that revenue level, how much you invested to get there, and how you did it. What types of advertising did you use? How many hours a day did you initially put into it? By revealing all here on MyLot, you stand to gain customers, downlines, etc., so why not tell us? If I believe your story, I may reveiw your business on my blog as well, if it's okay with you. Come on, make me beleive again, give up some info!

Ok, I do not do any type of marketing but would like to one day.
My computer is very old and until I get a new one, I wouldn't even try a business because I don't even think I could download a website with this thing. Plus, I have no computer savvy like most people do. I know just enough to get around and do a few things.
Anyway, there are two sites I go to regularly for information and a form of education on marketing, businesses, and work at home jobs. I will give the two sites and it's completely up to you if you'd like to check them out or not.
I have absolutely NO AFFILIATION with these sites..I just trust them.
This first site is ....www.wahm.com....where if you go to the forums you can read and ask questions and they will give you honest answers. There are tons of categories for you to look at, network marketing, business advice, telecommunications, writing, blogging, etc.
The other is called.....www.ratracerebellion.com....., does not have a forum but the information provided has been checked out and investigated.
As I tell everyone anyway, please do your own investigations also as a precaution. Scammers have a way of slipping in until their caught.
Good luck in your search,....I would help anyone if I was in business for myself, why not?

Thanks for the info, I will check both sites out. It has become my mission in life to find an honest opportunity. I am willing to work hard, but not willing to be taken advantage of. They can't all be scams, can they?

firemom31, do you realy think one who make +1000 $ / month is member here ?
I don't want to be missunderstood. Is not that here would be a place for people hardly making few coins .. I don't say mylot is not a valid option to make some money (yet far from 1 grand a month).
One making that amount of money (or more) wouldn't have time to hang around here ... And won't have time despite he/she would have allready outsource at least half of work required.

I thought about that, but I also thought about the fact that MyLot is a great place to promote our own sites. Since $1000 a month isn't very much, I was hoping to find someone who is here for the networking vs the earnings. Frankly, what I earn from posts here is hardly worth the time it takes to type them, but I like it here, like the community and the people, and the opportunitites to learn. I was hoping there was someone else out there who felt the same.

What i want to say is that i here for interesting or learning mostly.In my opinion,someone who earn a lot of money has no enough time to stay here.May be he will spent his time in his business or relations.Business and relationship are the most valuable possession for him .

I do have to agree with you on this one. Why not just be honest with people and help everyone become rich or make a good amount of money. What's with all the lies and stuff. I seriously swear there are some greedy people in this world, that only care about themselves in getting some money and don't care who they have to steal from and lie to to become rich. Well, anyways there may be some people who are making some 1,000 and hang out on mylot I'm sure and it would be nice to know about those sites as well. So we can enjoy it as well.

I'm with you firemom. I wish I had something to reveal! I personally know people who make an actual living on e-bay. The 2 people I know don't re-sell from these wholesale sites or anything, they are actual collectors who know their stuff. I don't really mind working on a collection of sites, related to one or two things. I want to actually *work* at something online, though. I don't know your expertise, but have you looked at elance.com? I believe those are legitimate jobs online. I also know a Virtual Assistant who gets some work there. I have not tried it yet, but plan to.

This is a good question. However, it's really hard to get that fixed income you want online. You could probably try freelancing jobs. If you'll get 4-5 tasks at the same time, you may probably get a thousand bucks per month or more than that depending on you skills.

hi firemom31 is Impossible to earn $1000 amount here!,mylot pay only $10 dollar you can earn a extra money here not for big income, mylot not source of big income. however there are so many affiliate or marketing site they are promise that you can earn $1000 amount or more than that like $5000 amount but this is not true I don't believe that you can earn $1000 dollar amount or $5000 amount with investment or no investment this is scam only.. i ignore all website that promise that you can earn a lot of money that kind of website is Scam they promise you can earn big amount but this is not true!, is a big lie.
