Anyone try "The $100 Diet - How Naughty Pin Up Girls Stay THIN"? Feedback Needed

Hi, I am a girl of average height that has a few pounds to lose and my friends that work in entertainment/TV swear by this diet. Has anyone else tried it and what were your results? I havent heard of it therefore havent tried it but I persoanlly wouldnt pay for a diet when I can do it myself by just eating healthily and drinking more water. It may work for some people but not me!
