if you could fill a pool with anything and go swimming in it what would it be?

so if you could fill up a pool with absolutely anything but water and go swimming in it what would it be and why?

I don't know why but I would definitely jump in a pool full of jello. I know its weird I know its been done before but I would definitely do it. lol
