I have been doing push-ups but not regularly. I don't want to take any supplements either, I just want to know that, is there any other exercise to increase chest size. What food is good for me to take during this period? I thought of taking more proteins in the for of fish and meat but I think vegetables are also necessary. What do you think?

Doing push-ups is a good exercise to increase chest size and you have insist on.You don't have to do a lot.But you have to do this exercise almost everyday. You have to know chest size will decrease without exercise.
Another exercise is even more effective. It is parallel bars exercise. You only spend short time to do this excise a time and your chest size will increase soon. You will ache in chest for the first time. That means it works.
I advise you eat more beef which is helpful for the growth of muscle.
Good luck!

Hi biman_s. What I know is that there is a toy ball which you could use to increase your chest size. I am not at all for those vitamin supplements. I would want it to naturally happen in case I want to increase my size.

If you want to increase your chest size you should realy go to gym and have a program. If you stay home you will never make more than 20 minutes of working your chest,at the gym you have more devices that can help you increase your chest, and after going to gym you shoud eat more proper vegetables and fruits that contains vitamines and meat that contains proteins and sleep well.Good luck
