She slept in her moses basket until she was 12 weeks old. Now she must sleep in her cot. My toddler son still sleeps in his cot. Soon he most move into a bed. He is unable to walk so I don't want him to fall out of bed and hurt himself?

My daughter still sleeps in her toddler bed, which is basically a regular bed frame that fits her crib mattress. That is on the nights that she does not climb into bed with me. She stopped sleeping in a crib when she was 16 months old because she would climb out of it and I did not want her to fall on the floor. My son sleeps in a regular bed.

i have two kids and when they were still babies, i let them sleep just right beside me and make sure that they are surrounded with their small pillows so everytime they cry or asking for milk, it would be easier to reach them. I let my babies sleep in a cot when it is just daytime where i am awake. and now that they are 3 and 5 years old, i still let them sleep with me in one room . here in the philippines, most children are being separated with their own room when they are already in graders , some high school.
