AT&T, T-Mobile or Verizon?

I'm leaving for US real soon and will be staying for quite long.. How long, for a year.. Or maybe so. So I've checked plans of the three however, I'm still thinking and a bit confused which network is better. I'm gon' be in Moab and I'm not sure which would be a good choice.. Can anyone tell me and guide me? Thanks in advance.

i got verizon and been happy with them.. wherre you staying at in the US? good luck with being over here

Well until I realized where moab was I was going to suggest U.S. Cellular. If the towers are right for it I would suggest T-mobile. I think they're cheaper than verizon. I don't know much about At&t.
