Mylot task question

Hi, everyone I have a question about how to create a mylot task, exactly how do I create a task and what kind of tasks are allowed, and how dose the payment process work I've completed tasks created by mylot and others before, but I've never created my own at least not yet, and so I just thought I'd ask those of you who have had experience in creating your own task please explain to me how do I create my own task and also how dose the payment system work?
