Do you like to have Vegetable juice every morning!!

Me & my husband have thi vegetable juice every morning. We were told that it is good for health. After having the juice we are not supposed to eat or drink anything else for 30 mins. How many of you like to have juice in the morning ofcourse after you brush your teeth?

When I remember to buy it, I'll drink it. I always forget and I do love it.
Do you make your own vegie juice? And, why do you have to wait 30 minutes? I'm interested in that comment out of curiousity.
