Do you consider this "working"?

Nope. I wouldn't be here if I thought this was "work" because, to put it simply, it doesn't pay enough to merit my time. On the other hand, I consider my online freelance writing as work. The best thing about MyLot for me is that I can have fun and earn a buck or two whilst doing so. The day that MyLot stops being enjoyable is the day I leave. :?

hi, thanks for sharing this discussion. for me i dont really consider this as working which i also plan to find a real job very soon.. mylot & other earning site are only the same with u as an entertainment like a hobby which i enjoy doing those stuff everyday, they are already part of my daily routine to visit them every now & then... thanks again... have a nice day and happy mylotting.. ^_^

Hi maezee. No, I don't consider this work. I may not always consider it fun, but it is definitely not work to me! LOL However, some of the others are needing to make money just about anyway they can. So long as they are doing it legitimately I say more power to them. Happy mylotting!

Sometime it's work and at other times it's play. But most of the time I think it's work. But not in the sense that I would depend on mylot for my expenses. I mean, I am looking at mylot as a way to make money more than to have fun. Usually I am focusing on improving my earnings here in the least time spent.

well it cant be considered as a work but tah the same time if they are really rewarding we could consider this as work also btu vern now the situations is like we join a lot of sites and most of them still turn out to be bogus or scam and they dont pay ... so in such a situation we cannot take it as a work for our living ... but at the same time it is a very good medium to kill time ...

Personally I guess in a way you could consider taking time out of your busy schedule to post in here like "working" especially if you are trying to shoot for a certain Goal each day or to reach payout for the month, but overall I consider posting here in myLot a way to relax and talk about things with relieving a little bit of stress on things going on as well. It is a Great way to pass the time, make New friends, and just relax. I really could not imagine being anywhere else.

I don't consider this full blown work because I'm just sitting at home behind my computer replying to made up posts by other people. However, this definitely isn't play as to come here means you have to really make a lot of replies to actually get anywhere here. If you're not making an effort of some sort, you're sure not going to get far here. So I guess I consider this kind of a mix of play and work. It's definitely play but it's got a little bit of work behind it.

I don't consider this as working at all, in fact just something extra on the side. It's definitely a great opportunity to have discovered mylot and I will always love this site. The tasks are quite cool too and so far, I've not yet done any, but perhaps I would someday.

For me it's just play. I would be here whether it paid or not, it's just a way to pass boring work days for me. At pennies a post one would have to live on here to make enough to consider it actual work!

For me, i would consider as both. More on the leisure and less on the work /money portion. I use mylot more to communicate and also to find out for other people's views and opinions and sometimes their actual past experiences about certain product or services. It's a great place to know people and to also gather information form others feedback.

It can be an entertainment in mylot too, by reading all these discussions and postings. Sometimes, I can learn something from others. For me, I would love to earn extra money rather than just entertain myself. If you are saying both of entertainment and work, I WOULD consider that work for me. Why not, I love to enjoy my work while I can have some fun too.

I look at mylot as play. WHy ? because I not yet enjoyed income/ earning promised by admin mylot. may be, next, after I has enjoyed, I can look this as work or mizture between work and play

In my opinion, myLot is more about chatting with friends. I don't look at myLot as "working". But I guess for some, they consider it to be trading time for money, which is kind of what people do on their jobs....trade 8 hours a day, 5 days a week for a check. I like chatting on myLot, the paypal payment every couple of months is just the icing on the cake ! Have a great day!

i think that this is expecially a sort of entertainment. i am here to make new foreign friends who come from all over the world. i am here to emprove my english. money is only a game here, in my opinion. it is not a job. i can't earn enough and i could spend a lot more time to consider it like a job.

I do not think I will consider doing myLot as work, as in merely making posts only for the money, nor as fun or play (for that, I would prefer the other site you mentioned). I am here mostly to learn about many things. There are many interests and discussions here in myLot in which we are able to know many new things. For instance, we can learn about how people think by they respond to various discussions (there are many users in myLot from many countries, I am assuming that people behave and think somewhat based on their countries, cultures, etc). We can also get new news about what is happening in the world (I admit, I am too lazy to read newspapers and such -.-). And if we really want to focus on the money side, we can find lots of other online (or even offline, maybe) money making opportunities here in myLot (lots of people are talking about them, new opportunities or even the old ones every day).

No i do not class this as work i class this the same as you pocket money if you are lucky.I would love a proper job but i have 6 children and my husband works full time so that is one of the reasons i do not go to work.As for work 6 children is like having a full time job and no pay but with lots of overtime and lots of love.So all the sites i am on is a bit of work and play.

Since I stumbled upon MyLot a little over a week ago, I must admit that it has taken most of my Facebbok time. I barely visit facebook now and I don't have any idea on what's happening with my Restaurant City, Pet Society, Barn Buddy, etc. I really enjoy it here. It is somewhat a mix of work and play for me because I try to think of every response I post. i take everything seriously here but still I am having fun. I realy think that MyLotting is a wise way to make use of my time. :D

...Hi maezee, Mylot is a little different because of the interaction. I like people and I love words, so I have fun answering the different questions and participating in the discussions. Hopefully I can help someone along the way as well. I don't consider the survey work, I only hate it when you get kicked out after you answer almost everything and decide opps, we have enough people. Sometimes I think they do it for reasons which are a little suspect. But over all it fun, does not amount to work. Just yesterday I received a nice sized check for a three day survey I participated in, and I was thrilled. Sometimes you get lucky. Take care.
