Yeh, I heard about that. If it's in fact true, it is blatently inapropriate. the guy is doing a really goods job of sticking his nose in state busniness lately isn't he. the 10th amendment exists for a very good reason. And with the current crowd running things in DC, is it any wonder so many states have introduced or passed 10th amendment and soviergnty resolutions?

I wonder how many election laws Obama broke here. The first being that taxpayer money cannot be used for partisan political activities.
Once again, Obama proves that he considers himself above the law.
He also thinks that state government officials work for him.

I Do not Or Can Not Understand What Obama Is Upto These Days .. His Popularity Graph Is Steadily Going Downhill .. He Should Give More Deep Thoughts Into Anything He Plans To Do In Future .. And Mylot Is One of The Sites that Does Make His Wrong Doings Known To the World Community ..

From what I understand he doesn't want the party damaged any more than it already is. I don't think he has the right to tell someone to run or not to run but he seems to think he does. He's the publicity-addicted emperor. I wonder if he's in his right mind.

Some very smart people in medicine have pegged him as a narcissist. A very dangerous thing to be if you are a leader, dangerous for US.

Am I the only one who thinks this sounds like something coming out of a dictatorship rather than a constitutional republic?

Well, I think if he can influence the vote, he has charisma. Finally it is the people who will vote in the governor. They should be rationale and ensure the one they pick is good chap. Happy governor running and voting.

the problem is he should NOT be trying to use charsima to influence ANYHTING in an individual state's business, it is not an apropriate thing for the president to do here, he HAS no legal authority over individual states or those states' governments, it doesn't work that way here.
