What is your favorite chat item?

I love panipuri a lot; it is really yummy! It is one of the most common chat items in India. I know almost all the shops where I can get panipuri in my city. I also know where I can get it in good quality and which shop offers it at a cheap rate. Panipuri consists of a round, hollow "puri: fried crisp and filled with a watery mixture of tamarind, chili, chaat masala, potato, onion and chickpeas. Its size is small enough to fit in the mouth.
