My eldest cousin arrived home from Vancouver, Canada. He had migrated his family some six years ago. This is his first homecoming and he treated us to a sumptuous lunch of freshly cooked sea foods. Then we had heartwarming exchange of stories and photographs about how it had been for the past six years. Tears rolled down the cheeks because the tests of life had hit hard. The blows were difficult to evade but he welcomed them anyway. Now he smiles about his experiences but not without tears.

I can understand, but staying away from family atleast for sometime has its own value.I would suggest one should never miss a chance if they get to stay away from family, because sometimes when your family members miss you it leads to a better understanding between you and your family members.Few of your words may gain some value and may also be put into practice in your absence.

The family maintains the relationship and the bonding despite the distance. It is the trials endured in another land plus the difference in culture that made the experience tear jerking. He is over that now.Life goes on.
