ADFLASHER... Have you used it?

I recently joined a site, or must I say a program, called the ADFLASHER. The basics were that they provided me an account with an account balance of $0.75, and the procedure to earn what one had to do was to buy a adview pack of worth $15, which gave access to about a 100 adviews. Upon completing the bought adviews you would earn a total of $30, so that means you will get double of what you invested. I did the same and have earned 31.50 dollars using the previous acoount balance and investing my own $15. But now my account is still not properly credited. It shows the $30 in my pending balnce. Also the site has now change a bit. They have now abolished the idea of buying adview packs and have created a new system. According to which a member can become upgraded by paying a sum total of $60 and the adviews are distributed to the members free of charge. They also guarantee that upon becoming an upgraded member, one would atleast earn a $120 dollars in the time span of the upgrade(which is for an year itself), and if one fails to reach the goal, the premium membership will be freely extended to another year. This site seemed good then, but now am having my doubts. So I though of asking you fellow myloters, if any of you have used this site and got desired results.
