trying to find a good work at home job

It is very hard to find a stay at home job. Especially with all the scams going around. I do have a couple of stay at home job listing, but most of them want you to have a home office. Which i don't have at this point. I have a 8 month old baby, who is loud. So how can i do anything that involves talking to customers? I just wanted to know is there any hope??
