can i drink the bone supplement vitamins that my wife drinks?

me and my wife both drink vitamins. and we share the same vitamins. but i can see she drinks this bone supplement that she only drinks it. so i went on researching and i saw this site saying "to the healthy woman in your life, starting with you" every link i press talks about bones and woman. i was wondering, we men has bones too and i guess we need bone supplements too specially when we are aging. i know that women needs more calcium specially when they are pregnant, i get that. but we guys need to watch our bones too, so i was wondering does this bone supplements are good also for men?

I think it's fine for you to drink it. I did read that man can also be at risk of osteoporosis, though not as much as men is. Still, prevention is better than cure. Even though the risk is lower, doesn't mean you'll not be at risk at all. Apart from drinking the supplements for your wife, it's better for you to visit the doctor and ask their advice about this. They might be able to provide you with a supplement of your own.

yes prevention is still better than cure, it is always better than cure. sometimes when i am really tired after work my joints are aching so i know that i also need bone supplements and i am also aware that men are prone to osteoporosis too. thanks a lot for the response and have a nice day
