Hey princess, I have to say yes to this question. After teaching Thais for so many years, especially how to conduct themselves at interviews, I found that I had to do the exercises before I could expect to teach them. And as we know, potential employers love to ask, what are your good points, or bad points, or similar questions which makes us self analyse. So, I think, I know mine, and have worked on improving myself, even at my age. Unfortunately, some have become habits over many years, and are very hard to avoid.

Some people will never recognize their own faults or will remain in denial over them, never confronting the issues or how to improve them. (And those are the people that are always pointing fingers at someone else, yet proclaim about themselves that there is nothing wrong.) I have worked with a few people like that, and let me tell it stinks being around those types!

Funny you should say that. As I read your post, several images of previous work colleagues, and superiors popped into my head, proving you're right. Well said.

sadly there are times that situations are likely my fault and it takes me while to get over it. I have done that sort of change once i just didn't know why ma back to my old self again

That is a good point-to recognize exactly what is wrong, and to try to change it, but to end up reverting back to the things you so badly wanted to change. Why is that so hard for some? It is definitely hard for me as well.

People change for the better or sometimes for worst...but i guess if people won't recognize their mistakes, there would be no change at all..learning to take risk all that matters and be open enough to change....
