Do you find Chunky Soup too salty?

I noticed the sodium content in the clam chowder Chunky soup to be quite high at 35% compared to the newer cans with less sodium at 26%, which they advertise as 25% less salt. Do you find Chunky soup too salty?

hi yes a lot of soups are,but Campbells does put out some'that are lower in sodium so hunt for those,also Progresso has a great line of less salty sou ps. also you can make your own soups without anysalt by using herbs and pepper for flavoring and put
any veggies you like in the soup.

That's an idea - adding herbs and spices yourself. I do find Campbell's Chunky soup, especially their New England clam chowder, to be very salty. Although I love having it, I've decided against buying more Chunky soup. I hope Campbell will reduce the sodium content i their soup.
