This is a very famous line that Love is blind, they say it because we can do anything in love or do everything for the love ones and thus going to the extreme also. A deaf person in love must be someone does not listen to anyone when he/she is in love.

if love is blind then heart is obviously deaf because heart never listen our mind it always do that who like itself it never thoght about us.

Love is blind but Lust is deaf. You don't even need to talk to a person to fall in lust with them. Lust doesn't care if your a good person or smart all it cares is how you look or what energy you give off.

If love is blind, then your heart is deaf. Your heart is deaf because your heart won't listen to your head about who you should or want to love.
